Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5                                                                                          
    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution                                                             
    No. 13, urging the United States Department of the Army to                                                                  
    maintain and strengthen the current level of its combat-capable                                                             
    structure in the state and not to take structural realignment actions                                                       
    with regard to Fort Wainwright and Joint Base Elmendorf-                                                                    
    Richardson.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall SCR 5 pass the House?"  The roll was
